Vintage Photos: My Mom at Disneyland in 1958

My mom took a trip to Disneyland with her parents and big sister in 1958, just three years after the park had opened. I discovered only a handful of slides from that trip (Nooooo! How are there 60+ of Lake Tahoe and only a few of Disneyland?!!!) so I’m sharing them here with you.

Two more gems – check out my aunt’s vintage Mouseketeer t-shirt and my mom rocking Davy Crockett.

These are gems! I love Vintage Disney. Thanks for sharing. I’m also intrigued by how the autopia was so close to Monstro in that first picture.

They’re on Midget Autopia, which was closed down when they built the walkway to It’s a Small World. Isn’t is cute? We saw one of these cars when we went to Marceline, Missouri. I don’t know what happened to the other ones but I want one!
