    lady … can Eva eat seeds? like pumpkin seeds?? I eat a lot of seeds as snacks for protein and added fat … pumpkin, sunflower … I get them in bags at trader joes.

      She can’t because she has that allergy to sunflower and it’s all processed on the same equipment BUT she gets retested in October and sunflower had faded a little the last time she was tested. So maybe this year???
