Gingerbread Donuts


IMG_5314Gingerbread donuts are fast and easy and they make the house smell amazing!

/// 1 cup dark molasses
/// 1 teaspoon baking soda
/// 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
/// 1 tablespoon baking powder
/// 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
/// 1 teaspoon ground ginger
/// 1/2 teaspoon salt
/// 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
/// 1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
/// 1 cup packed brown sugar
/// 2 large eggs
/// Cooking Spray

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put everything in a bowl and mix it well. Spray your donut pan and fill each indent halfway. Bake until the donuts are risen and dry (about 15 minutes for regular sized donuts and 7 minutes for mini donuts). Let cool completely and coat in powdered sugar.
