    I found your sight when I was searching for whole 30 chicken leg recipes. Recipes of yours lead me to your whole 30 story back in 2015. I just wondered if your perspective on whole30 is the same now 2 years later.

      That’s a good question! So I still think Whole 30 is great and every time I do 30 days on that plan (or 60 if I’m feeling like a superhero), I lose weight and feel better and pat myself on the back, etc., but somehow I always end up sliding back into old eating patterns and it only takes a few weeks for all of the weight to come back. So, if I just stuck to it, I’m sure I’d feel amazing but I’ve tried 7-8 times and fallen off the wagon every time. The funny thing is, we still eat that chicken about once a week and I still love salads and lots of the meals I discovered on Whole 30, but I can’t escape the bread or cheese I want on the side. Work in progress!
